Q: What is a "meet and greet"?

A: This is a 30-60 minute time for us to meet, for you to see our home and ask questions. We also offer a free 4-hour stay as a trial for new customers.

Q: What should I pack for my dog's overnight stay?

A: Feel free to send whatever items make you and your dog feel comfortable. Here are some ideas:

• Comfort items, such as a blanket or shirt that smells like their home

• Bed or kennel, if they use one at home

• Food, no need to pre-portion it for me

• Treats

• No need to pack: bowls, toys, dog clothing, leash

Q: Does my dog need to be up to date on vet appointments and vaccines?

A: Yes, we require all of our clients to provide proof of vaccines, be up to date on flea/tick medication, and vet appointments. We do this for the safety and well being of all of our guests.

Q: What if my dog requires medication?

A: No problem! We can accommodate special needs.
